DNA Profile

Big Brother: "We need a way for every citizen to give us their DNA profile."

Little Brother: "There's no way. These are free people, they would never give that for tyrants to use against them."

Big Brother: "Okay then. How about we charge them for giving us their DNA? They are capitalists,  they pay us for the privilege of giving us their profile."

Little Brother:" That's Cray Cray Crazy! But it just might work. Let's set up a corporation to do the testing, for appearances sake."

Big Brother:" Better make that 2 corporations. It needs to look like a capitalist venture for the sheep to line up & pay."
