The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation withrespect to a brokered private placement announced on July 20, 2010.

Number of shares:  4,902,992 flow-through common shares

Purchase price:  65 cents per common share

Hidden placees:  No information from the TSX-V

Agent's fee:  Northern Securities Inc. received $223,086 in cash

The company has confirmed the closing of the private placement by way of news release dated July 30, 2010.
