Worse Than I Thought - MTO a 3 cent stock This news is worse than I thought......
"Metanor announces that it will be offering by private placement through Secutor Capital Management Corp. and Marquest Capital Markets, a maximum of 66,666,667 units priced at $0.06 each, which consist of one common share and one half (1/2) of one common share purchase warrant having an exercise price of $0.075"
That means another 100,000,000 new shares.... but that assumes someone is stupid enough to pay 6 cents for a share in this latest round of fund raising......MTO will probably have to sweeten the deal..... They also have to pay back a million bucks now.... with what?
Nope... the only way out is a consolidation and all this will linger on for a while and as it does people will start to realize what a clusterKluck this is and will dump, too. Get ready.... MTO has just started it's big drop.....
I sold immediately on the news....good luck for those that decide to endure....
