You do realize MTO is not compiling a 43-101, Ron said so in his last two non binding public statements and once in MD&A. That means no resource and thus no serious buyer.
Not saying 0.06 is a bad price but the claim made is dubious at best. Ole Ron is going to add resources off the cuff "as they go" that's why MTO was not included in the last aquistion.
Calculating removed from future and you don't get much of an existing ore base, certainly not anything near the minimum 1 000 000 oz that would qualify them as mid teir producer that Ron said they would acheive many years ago.
Nobody serious will touch anything under 1 000 000 oz, that's why Orban put the congolmerate together, to get above 1 000 000oz PROVEN, now they have become a takeover target.
