Probably will not happen here for years to come.
Difference is 400 million people compared to 35 million people here in Canada.
Toronto and Vancouver only places in the world that has never been hit with this world recession.

Just read this a shortage of homes being listed on the MLS here in Toronto.
That's what is driving the market way way up.
