RE:RE:RE:RE:They still are drilling, Front page photoWits: Short holes take 2 to 3 days depending on the competency of the rock, ability of the driller and how much of a P-O-S the rig is lol. Then factor in the dearth of drilling and the labs can have results out in a week.... basically it says they missed the original results. Then that begs key questions such as did they "accidentally" drill down dip of a structure and not across it? Common in the Abitibi.

Thanks Wits, that was my thoughts, except one thing, being its 2-3 days shallow, which was my guess too, they can miss a few times then hit and have time to assay.  They may be getting quite differing results and are trying to average them together, by doing more holes.  We are the owners they should tell the owners what is up, we can handle it.

Thanks again for your insights.

Since you have experience on this trend, have you ever seen such a rich deposit near surface that did not continue?  And for others here not familiar with drilling, on a first hole, true width can be quite different than drill width.  They properly said so in PR.  That is why follow up drilling is so curcial.

Cheers
