RE:Lack of owenership by management is conflict of interest Do not overlook director share options.
- In the past they have sought to keep the total about 5% of issued shares.
- After significant PP's in the past, directors have sought to issue share options at ever decreasing excersise prices, the last I recall being at 0.10, in order to "incentivise" managment.
- The fact that many of these historic options have exersis prices over 0.40, could be that the board are plotting a massive directors share option, partly as a "reward" for finding the new vein (but giving the rewards to their new investor pals).
