Lack of owenership by management is conflict of interest

This deal dilutes owners by about a third, huge dilution.  But since mangement has such a tiny amount of stock, if they dilute it does not hurt them, it helps them.  The cash availble for their salaries is more beneficial to them than the value of the stock is.

So for them the deal makes sense, unfortunately.

Have not looked at their salaries since the summer but if memory serves the amounts they were sucking out are staggering .......This dilution is to oblivion same as the argument gold bugs make about currency ....

Do not overlook director share options. In the past they have sought to keep the total about 5% of issued shares. After significant PP's in the past, directors have sought to issue share options at ever decreasing excersise prices, the last I recall being at  0.10, in order to "incentivise" managment. The fact that many of these historic options have exersis prices ...more
