"3). When a stock is being primed for a takeover/buyout by a competitor, there is an artificial lid put on the stock with the help of the MMs (which are acting as underwriters/advisors). The offer is eventually announced as a premium on the last 30 day average trading stock price. TGZ has been kept at around $1.15 or below for almost a month and there is a high possibility that a takeout offer is coming sooner than later.
Looking at the trading pattern for the last 3 days, when every gold stock has moved higher, TGZ was kept at 1.15. It did not crash, it did not go up, it just stayed at 1.15. That in itself makes Option#3 as the most probable outcome.
So my conspiracy theory, based on my analysis and some gut feeling, is that TGZ is a takeout candidate and might be part of a bigger entity sooner than most people imagine."
So maybe there is something going on behind the scenes here.
