I can answer that part of book you wrote(sorry to say I dozed off a bit trying to read other 50 paragraphs).
The reason for low valuation is the market recognized after multiple PPs and 5 years of losses that management is inept. Simple. They are there to keep company afloat and collect paychecks. With dwindling ounces the market is looking at producers that are profitable. A the next Q will show they still can't make a profit. But, something tells me you knew all this.
