Management can do what they want....PP's are a gold mine to these people, they finanace the PP themselves through another shell company, and give themselves a whole free warrant, or half a warrant.... after the hold period... they sell the shares, and warrants  back into the market ... They can make a nice living doing that ... a real money machine ..... Richrd

I agree, except for one point. They do not wait. They sell before the PP is done and continue to sell after it is done but before time is up. It is called shorting against the box. Brokers allow them to short based on the PP shares they own. I suppose a few ethical or "not in the know" investors wait. But these guys are regulars at this. I went thru a couple of these with Metanor and said no more on this one.
