RE:RE:RE:DrillsSorry bob, but MMS don't care one way or the other. They simply make a market and try to make a little cash along the way. Their motto is if you're long, you're wrong. They can short stock higher and higher and eventually selling will come in and down she goes. But, to think that the MMS are sitting there deciding what to do with Metanor or some other company is ridiculous. Too many companies, too few traders. I suppose on occasion they are called to fill a large order and may manipulate for a day or too, but that is usually easy to spot. A large offer or bid showing a few pennies above/below bid/ask may be there to discourage buying or selling, but is easily seen. As to Metanor, there has always been abundant stock available. Very easy to build a position without moving it too much. So settle Dow, relax and wait for the $1.15 buyout.
