Bd4u, I am not that pessimistic. I suspect Sprott is a big shareholder in Sandstorm and has set them up to make money off the streaming deal. I think he is using shareholders here to finance drilling which, if fruitful, will lead to a buyout at the standard 15-30% above past 30-60 day average closing price. He might be a shareholder here but knows this is a tool he can use to make other deals rich for himself. This is not a company that will trade too high because they are mining gold, not a lot mind you, but more than they are discovering. He is going to keep doing PPs until he is convinced that there is no more gold left to exploit. Then he will sell to another of his deals to get his dead money out of here and let one of the good ones move onward. I am sure you can see that in the past with him and his ilk. Not a big surprise. See ARMZF and TGCDF for similar deals. If I can see it, rest assured the sellers did before me. How many shares was last PP? Gives you an idea of the overhang, minus the shares shorted before last PP. If one continues to keep averaging down a 15-30% gain is almost assured. However, that price may be .50 by then. But, keep averaging down and you should be okay.
