I will believe that MTO will rebound the day that the insiders are buying a lot. The SP is very cheap now just 0.045 and they aren't  buying any shares, why???  Why sould I buy if they don't do it? GLTA

Blackout - There is an exchange rule that states, that officers, and directors, and certain other employees cannot sell, or buy the companies stock. I don't remember how many days before any financial report it is.....but it could be 45 days. That is there to stop selling shares on bad news, or buying shares on good news ......Richard
