https://www.karland-health.com/ It does seem to be related to the Medivolve deal as Karland Health LLC. The company was registered on February 11, and same with this domain and website created on February 11. If this is the case, then surely we can get an idea as to how they want to move forward with this plan.

Another side, you are mad because they are issuing 20 million shares to expand services into telehealth and Remote Patient Monitoring.    I think we should wait before calling it fraud or a perfect deal. The best option is to wait and see what is included in the deal

The completion of the transaction to acquire 100 percent of Karland Health is subject to customary closing conditions, including due diligence to the satisfaction of Medivolve, the parties entering a definitive agreement and NEO Exchange approval. They need to spell out what they are
