Doug Sommerville is VERY ATTENTIVE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Did Doug Sommerville know of Tim Shelburn's past?    I would say No.   Otherwise there was no reason for him to step down.

Teh fact that he did means that it was not disclosed.   Doug probably did not find it amusing that stock crashed to 21 cents on these allegations concerning Tim and, therefore got rid of him ASAP.

Investors can ask questions to Doug on who will be receiving the 20 million shares and, on what they are getting in return exactly.   The fact that they are doing a webinar means that they want to discuss this in detail and probably most transparency possible.

Doug ran a $ 1.3 billion company and he has little patience for nonsense.

Getting rid of Tim was a terrific move because his past was never disclosed to shareholders.   If he had disclosed this, then he could have remained as shareholders would have known about it.

Amazing how a petty crime of many years ago can come and haunt you from a very lucrative career.
