Should send an email to the management demanding answers. The webinar is to explain the deal and answer all the questions. 
 
Karland Health deal is subject to customary closing conditions, including due diligence to the satisfaction of Medivolve, the parties entering a definitive agreement and NEO Stock Exchange approval. 
 
I think Medivolve will release more information before a definitive agreement is signed. The Webinar probably spells out a lot more information regarding the deal.

Why giving shares away instead of cash? Why are shareholders treated like that. They know what's going on and nothing happens against it. They should release a share buy back plan like Victory Sqare Tec. did. That would push the shorts away, in my opinion.

Really? if Medivolve has that much money sitting around, then why do a brought deal at .25 cents in the first place.    If Medivolve wants to expand collection sites, they need the money. $7.1 million they made in January, 50% of that was insurance, which will take 60-90 days before they can use it. Then they need to pay the staff and all other expenses. It will take few more months ...more
