It is a missleading  company , that gets cought in questionable / illegal  situations and then covers it up . Good and bad reviews are just that Good or Bad ..This BS company has only Bad reviews? Read the reviews and  use your logic .

3.Compare all Brand building & investor marketing campaign

The BS Management cover no angles at all .They just waisted the investors money . It is not clear what awarness? Are they trying to advertize a product or a stock ? If you believe people in the investment comunity dont know the product/concept or the stock you need to seriously question your mental readiness for the stock market . Think about this for just a few minutes . No brokerage firm is willing to touch them .Why? Use your common sence ,your logic .

Conclusion :

This is a clasical 'pump and dump' tactic, whereby an investor buys stocks (takes a long position) and issues false /missleading information and the target stock's price to increase.
Planty of examples on this board ,They feed information that has not been verified or use scare tactics to manipulate old and especially new potential investors .
