Have INVESTORS lost TRUST in MEDV?

There were several MAJOR BLUNDERS made by management that border on the line of carelessness which have hurt the stock and the trust that investors have in MEDV.V    I will list them in order of importance:

KARLAND fiasco

How can the company announce a press release including an exchange of shares on a company that is not even formed and, it was investors who shined the light on this issue causing a swift selloff to the 21 cent level.

This borders on being pretty careless with your press releases.

How can the company even agree to give shares if you do not even know what you are acquiring and at what value?

And the failure of the company to properly explain this to shareholders is something that leaves a bitter taste.

Tim Shelburn fiasco

No one remains a saint in this life, we all have sins and have done wrong.   But why was the past of Tim Shelburn not released to shareholders especially when he occupied a critical position with Collection sites.

And more troubling, why the sudden urge to resign or push him out?   If he did nothing wrong then why leave?  All he had to do was explain why and investors would have understood.   But now it leaves as sour tasted

Canaccord $ 5 million financing at 50% discount

Shareholders had rallied the stock to 70 cents and were giving the company the benefit of the doubt, suddenly out of nowhere the company dilutes the shares by giving away at 1/2 price to Canaccord.

What did Canaccord do to receive such a benefit?  Should they not have rewarded the shareholders by giving them a chance to buy shares at 25 cents, instead of strangers who do nothing for you?  Talk about giving the reward to the wrong places and demotivating the investors

Grinch fiasco

Maybe the company is unaware that the busiest period when people are jolly and opening up their wallets is at Christmas, people are happy and love Santa Claus.  They love surprises.

But the company does not seem to believe in this, they like the Grinch who stole Christmas.   And how do they do this?   They have a long list of broken promises.   How many promises did they make on cubes only to disappoint you on the number that are opened?  These promises turn our to be false promises or, holding an empty bag.

Metrics fiasco

If you see any therapist he or she will say, that a healthy marriage, a healthy businsess partnership, a healthy relationship with children relies on having excellent communication when it comes to what is expected of each other.

With the company it is like attending class, doing your homework, but you have no way of knowing how you will be evaluated because the teacher is erractic and changes metrics.    At first it is by number of cubes opened, then it is by number of sales done in one month, then by number of tests, then price by tests, then to SILENCE....

If they wanted to lose shareholders, they get an A+

Flying in fogging conditions

They usually say that when you want to travel to many places at the same time, you usually end up going nowhere.

Let me ask the shareholders, do you want what the business plan of the company is, cause I am confused.  They are throwing darts all over the place to see if something sticks.   Do we drive a car like this?

Lets:

(a) We have Columbia clinic, then silence

(b) We will manufacture cubes

(c) We will rent cubes

(d) We will give service with own cubes

(e) No, we will franchise cubes

(f)  We will sell test kits to companies

(g) Lets try telediagnositics

(h) Switch that to covid19 spray - Nutrcell

(i)  No wait, maybe blowfish technology

(j)  Lets run to Teleheath with Karland....

Do you get the drift, a jack of all trades is a jack with no trades.

Webinars fiasco

What is the point of having a webinar if nothing material is announced, just for blah blah....?

And why put people cannot speak the language that investors understand?

Margins confusion

Is the 55% margins before general and adminsitrative expenses, meaning net profit or, is it gross profit on the test itself, etc... no clarity on this.   It sure does wonders when evaluating a company.

NEO Exchange

Company went to Neo exchange to avoid having manipulation with its stock, however any intelligent investor will quickly see that there seems to be massive manipulation of the stock so what gives.

Trust Currency

The most important currency the company has is trust, once it is lost then good luck.

You can promote all you want, no one is going to buy it if there is no trust.

You are one confusing individual.  Maybe everyone is right, you are playing both sides...shorting and pumping.  While some of your points may be accurate I question why you are putting the company on blast when you have been pumping them up and the opportunities that "could" exist for MEDV.....unless.....you are actually.....KNOWSBEST??  (just a thought...)

I like your name , but impatient shareholders are the worst kind. You decide change your name or change you attitude .You can buy the top of any number of overvalued companies right now .However if you want to sell us your shares we are here for you ..We are buying .

Of course they've lost confidence in the company. Just look at the SP. Day after day, lower and lower we head. And it'll take more than a youtube Q+A with Doug hosted by smiley. If I sound disgrunted, I have every right to be when thus stock was in the low. 70's.

The only people buying are the shorts...nothing to do with confidence or trust.  Give me a break, just the numbers say MEDV is undervalued and that is not a pump.  Anyone with knowledge of how to value a companies SP would see that.  Just need eyes on this and to have the SP rise to a level that the shorts have to cover and then join they can join the longs.  If that doesn' ...more

Its simply a fact that this company is worth more than its current valuation and Its been stated time and time again that the reason for the depressed stock price is because there are significant forces actively working to do just that i.e. the shorting behaviour and you can see it plainly every single day. The only remedy for this is new eyes and new buying as every person here has concluded ...more

Chicken and shrimp I know I've never lost trust in the company and to this moment have accumulated almost half a million shares. Not waiting to just make a few g-note either I'll wait longer
