Tiny float

Tiny floatCurrent float is only like 36.5 MM shares, and 24.1 MM are held by the top 6 holders and management (as at 4/10)

This leaves a tiny float of only about 12 MM shares ($84 MM mkt cap) to trade. All you need are a couple big players wanting in and we could be looking some serious movement.

Pro forma:
total shares = 56.7MM (including 20.2 MM from convertible note)

Top 6 holders over 5% = 29 MM shares (at 4/10)
Directors & management = 2.2 MM shares (at 4/10)

total  = 31.2 MM
pro forma float: 25 MM shares.
