maybe you don't understand the concept of searching  for JV partners which is in essence selling assets, no deals were made as of today.

you can't sell stranded assets unless there are pipeline clauses or other transportation methods of which there are none at this time.

maybe they get buy a bunch of helicopters and ship the oil by air???

you can take your shares to your grave but the rest of us will take a deal and continue with POU shares and still reap  the rewards down the road.

a deal by Clayton is an honourable thing to do and he's not stealing anything from shareholders, just giving us another option to bankruptcy.

I would thank him if I were you but I don't think you really care of what's  good for shareholders.

a deal will get voted in no matter what you think MGM is worth.

but I could be wrong maybe a better deal will come along and IMperial will offer us 2.00 a share  and if you believe that I have a bridge for sale in Arizona.

oh well I'm getting bored with this converation GL with your MGM shares.
