the bar has been set, maybe it's a low bar but a bar just the same. Now if anyone wants to give us a better offer it will happen and if they don't it won't. that's what I know. yes I agree MGM has lots of valuable land for NG and maybe even shale oil although anything related to shale is totally different than conventional NG in huge reserves. it costs huge bucks to develop
