My understanding is that the deal will never exceed 8.25 per share, the cash portion (25%) and the number of shares of INE (75%) was fixed based upon INE share price when the deal was anounced ...more

I submitted my request for all shares to switch over to Innergex with RBC Action Direct free of charge. Interesting comment from the RBC agent that the deal between Alterra and Innergex is not ...more

Newstock44, Did you sell AXY to buy INE?  The INE dividend for existing AXY shareholders will probably not be payable until March since the merger will not be finalized until 2018. BF
