RE:RE:4th Quarter ResulsIjustneed2mil;

"The company is well run and in good shape" you said.   The scorecard does not support your claim.

Over 5 or 6 years the share price has fallen from $1.80 to ~ 30 cents or almost 85%.  It has never paid a dividend.  It has never made a profit but rather huge huge losses year after year.   The fact that some losses are called non -cash is false as it always is.  Companies fake it through a technicality where $50m cash is spent on a project over several years.  Yes, real cash.  Then the following year they write off $50m and call it non cash.  The term is used just to fool investors in the same way gold companies try to mislead investors with cash cost and all in sustaining cost nonsense.  The intent is pure and simple, just to fool us.

I concur that the company has a lot of good talent.   They are trying their darndest.

But the hard evidence is that the outcome has been just awful.   The 5 year plan which was written 5 years ago did not include losing lots of money each and every year for 5 years.   The hard evidence is that management has failed totally to create a real business yet.   Ask my friend who is down 80% over 5 years.  "Well run" would not come to mind.

We need to be careful not to attribute to any management attributes that we wish were true. Otherwise the $2m you wish for may not last long if I may pull your leg in jest
