RE:The best analysis and projection of Alterra Power, ever.RJ,

Interesting read and thank you for sharing!

The valuation metrics discuss dividend and spin-off \ split-up methods.

Dividend:  I have posted in the past I did not believe a dividend was in the cards; I would prefer the reinvestment in growth at this time.  However, if the research was correct and a dividend could significantly increase the value, I would reconcider my position.  Does anyone have\want to share dividend vs. growth in initial phase companies valuation research?

Spin-off \ split up valuation method:  Ross Beatty has stated he is building this for his family's future; a legacy asset.  Perhaps that is why there is a discount or atleast not a premium?

Mr. Beatty is an intelligen investor, so maybe he would go for some sort of restructure as long as it doesn't interfer with his long-term plans.

Of course, I am in for the long-term, unless we hit my goals in the short term!  A higher and quick valuation may make investors reconsider.

I see Mr. Beatty as a patient investor; waiting to get what he wants.  Perhaps we need a better definition of what a 33% shareholder wants?

The Company's FaceBook site doesnt have many followers or "likes."  Perhaps we can get the word out to the world by joining the FB page and sharing it with individuals we know.
