Yes, it is an interesting report, but Marin and myself have very different wants from this company. I want it to become the stable "yield Co." and pay me out dividends in perpetuity. He seems to want to make a quick buck for his funds. Monetize this and pay out the shareholders, spin that out and give a distribution, then take the empty shell private. I am heartened that he sees such potential in the company. I hope we can work together to keep it going and not get it parcelled out. As others have stated, Ross has said he hopes this becomes a long term profitable company for future generations. Marin mentioned in his report his previous involvement in Ram Power and associations with Rick Rule, as well as others. If I recall from the RPG board, he was not highly regarded.
