My observation is that men such as Ross Beatty fall in love with houses, a castle, lake views, beaches and more. They may love money but they rarely fall in love with a company. In this case, the company has mainly delivered pain and I imagine a lot of money losses too.
The next step (15 to 18 months) is to get the two new assets in full swing and then the next step (6 months later) will be to get a good look at their performance AND the then current quarterly real cash flow (real means not adjusted to take away bad stuff).
Then we will have a whole new scene as has been pointed out. We will have a winning company with a share price of a Looney or more OR we will have an ongoing dog. We cannot be sure but I am optimistic. I am also optimistic that Ross Beatty will act as a rational man and see business as simply business and he will be aware that he has obligations to all shareholders not just to himself and his family.
