For me the most important thing is that they get the refinancing done and I would prefer them to shy away from a dividend and instead use the money to finance the equity part on project levels and not take debt on the company level to finance project level equity.
Would prefer the money go into projects yielding 12-20%IRR instead paying me 5-7% dividend yield where I have to pay taxes and fees on...
