I agree management needs to be addressed. I believe the company needs new blood in the CEO position to take this company to the next level. I wonder what's on Ross Beaty's mind at this point being a major shareholder. Is there a possibility Ross Beaty may be contemplating a change in the company's organization or is he fine with how things are? Any thoughts or insight into this?

It's interesting that Ross Beaty always fields ...more
