Been reflecting on this post since I first saw it. I am in agreement.
1. Regular investors need to ask questions on the call
2. Regular investors need to communicatio with the company
3. ***very important*** Regular investors need to vote on the proxy to show approval or disapproval
If 1% come in as disapprove, no big deal. If 10% come in, perhaps you get your message noticed, if 30% you might get Mr. Beaty's attention.
Exercising your vote on your proxy matter => perhaps you can be the driving force on this board to remind and influence us when the annual report and proxy is available?
