This is Ross Beaty - Doing what he does best... 
Look at his history on Lumina Cooper ... :-)
SPlit into 3/5 companies and sold off for majoe returns...

He currently also bought in the below and becoming Majority Shareholder

winemerlotcab; The logic of investing in companies where management has a good track record is sound. Ross Beaty has had great success in mining minerals.  He was lucky of course but he was also astute and effective and successful Green energy is a whole new beast.  Think of Beaty as being a proven successful hockey coach.
