Mobile Climate Control Appoints New Director TORONTO, ONTARIO--Mobile Climate Control Industries Inc. (``MCC'') today announced that Mr. Douglas Harris has joined the Board of Directors. Mr. Harris is Vice President of Integrated Partners, a $50 million private equity fund that is a division of Integrated Asset Management Corp. He is also a co-founder and Director of Independent Equity Research Corp., which specializes in providing institutional quality research on under-covered and under-followed publicly traded companies. Prior to joining the Integrated group of companies, Mr. Harris was the Associate Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at a major independent investment bank. Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Geography from the University of Guelph, a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. Said MCC C.E.O.
