It just seemed like you know a lot about the company, so I thought I should make a suggestion.
I don't know much about Driftwood, but I had the impression it might be better than Record Ridge.

If I was working with MGX, I would certainly contact the so-called buyer to see if they seem to be
legitimate, and if so, to ask whether they might be interested in a deal on the Driftwood property.

As you may know, Franky over at WHY has a very spotty record, and just about zero credibility, 
so I wouldn't be surprised if there might be something fishy going on with WHY, again.
