The Ktunaxa Kinbasket Treaty Council had their treaty negotiations process suspended on Thursday, Oct. 21. The council was initially created by and for citizens of the Ktunaxa Nation to negotiate a treaty with both the provincial and federal government.

So what's changed since - 2008 ?
Specifically, CMMP ( canadian mineral mining plan )
which came about in 2018, and launched in, 2019.
Former ways ?
Junior's and miners would deal direct with First Nations,
from what i can gather ( incredible amounts of info since then )
CMMP, along with, an insurgence ofnew treaties are being implemented.
Which is why i've asked...
Were mining practices and negotiations better prior to 2018 ?
And since then, with new treaties and CMMP, how are the valuations for many of the
mining stocks ?
Question....
Are there any new " entities " in which to be apart of the, new future of mining ?
Could a few names such as, partners, stakeholders...etc,
Fall under this title ?
Once again... let's ask why...
Why are so many stocks under valued ?

the former " pie " was divisioned amongst a few....
And now, there are more of others than the pie can be divisioned into ?
SOLUTION ?
Junior did mention conferring with, First Nations...
Based on my own research, limited to what has been posted online,
It appears the Ktunaxa peoples, have not yet - resolved a new treaty.
In some pdf's they want thier own, Government, Constitution.
Which could be an " opportunity " for any junior situated with in the boundaries of the Ktunaxa lands to negotiate their own terms applied to mining -
Why... ?
Any solidified terms agreed upon between miner, junior, explorer, with Ktunaxa, would have to carry over into any new treaties - if signed.
Thus, creating a package of ( inclusion ) explorer, miner, junior along with Ktunaxa.
And by default... junior, miner, explorer, is under the umbrella of Ktunaxa.
Benefits ?
Could any then....
Refuse electrical power to, Ktunaxa ?
Refuse mining/enviro permits to Ktunaxa ?
PRE AGREEMENTS -
could work as a vantage for, Ktunaxa, juniors, explorers, miners.
