While the first nr was disturbing, it is nice to see proper steps being taken to ensure this will not be a recurring event. While Alan has had a history of letting the paperwork slide, now proper measures have been taken. With all MGD has going on right now, is it any wonder administrative duties took a back burner. I can only assume that Al has too many irons in the fire and neglected his paperwork. We have to rectify this situation before we can be considered on the TSX (I would think). With that said, it cannot be too serious if we were granted an extension and are allowed to continue trading. So Jayson Schwarz, earn your keep and get'r done.

Second nr was the redeeming one. Prospecting license in hand! Without this, all the other positive things don't mean much for MGD. Crucial piece of the puzzle now in place.

Thanks Bubba for posting those infrastructure pics. Looks like we just need groceries and staff and we're good to go. Imagine building all that from scratch? How do you spell dilution?? I now see why we are ahead of those such as V.GUY who have the resource but not the infrastructure in place. Wicked.
