Im thinking news should be forthcoming on Al's replacement. Shouldn't be tough to replace him. A nice potted plant or maybe a bag of tube socks would be great. As long as they can't talk and make promises, we'll be all set. 

After that we need financing. We're pretty much stagnant until we land some financing to move our operations forward.
