My findings

My findingsNone of this is a surprise to me. I've been aware of the multitude of underlying problems and their extremely flawed business plan for almost 3 years, and find it extremely hard to believe that me in my limited position would know more about what's going on with Mahdia than the directors. So I'm inclinded to believe that all of the directors have known for a long time what the final outcome was going to be. I knew a year ago. My lawyer told me two years ago what the outcome was going to be.

Their press releases announcing "share buyback plan" and "funding future drilling with proceeds of production" were at some point an outright lie and laughable. My analyisis of their alluvial operations from afar, based upon my experience with my own alluvial mining operation, showed that their business model as proposed were at best unrealistic, and more likely impossible. At the time I read those releases my thoughts were that they were nothing more than a pump and dump scam.

There is no recourse available in Guyana and nothing of value from which to get any money back. All the equipment on site belongs to the JV partner. The only recourse available is to make the directors past and present accountable to the securities people for their lack of fidiuciary controls and direction. And possibly to embrass AZ publicly
