RE:They should have seen it coming?I am not claiming that actually. They were well hedged going into 2015 for instance.

My claim is that they did not structure the Wayne deal in the appropriate manner this summer when oil was already down and out and Manitok had stopped drilling new wells. That's my beef right now.

I thought I was going to add. I think PWE might be the safer bet after yet another deal showing how much value there is in their assets. There, the market cap is $230M...almost as much leverage to oil as Manitok and at least they can buy $5M batteries...
