Stock back down...Not at all a surprise after such a poor corporate update.
Decidedly, Manitok needs to learn from the pros how to communicate with shareholders. We know we have debt issues, we know we need a financing solution to keep on drilling. We know we have third-party midstream solution issues. Tell us something we do not know! Management is already slim on communication so the few times it does come out, it should provide a useful update!
Seriously frustrating when you know all the potential of these assets. Can you imagine if they could get a PE fund to commit to $100M for drilling with 90% of the cost to them and WI until a pre-specified return, which then reverts back to Manitok. We could prove up massive amounts of the play...add $60 oil and this stock would be flying.
Right now, it is dead. And will remain dead for a while. I am not committing one more dollar to this firm before it gets these refrigeration units.The joke is really on us...
