Hello everyone. My name is Rose. I was a longtime shareholder in Photon Control Inc. Recently, they were bought out by MKS. I voted against the deal because I didn't think it reflected the true value of the company. But, what's done is done and it's time to move on. And that's why I am here now. I know very little about this company and I realize I can look up the company specs. However, I was hoping that some of you Longs might want to share your observations and viewpoints about the company here with me. Thank you for anything you wish to share with me.

Hi Rose, I'm the 2nd one here in the same boat. MKS is largely held by institutional investors. Everything I have read is very solid and clearly on an aggressive buying spree to grow. Feeling that MKS will be a great spot to invest some 80 cent Canadian dollars for some strong growth plus currency swing when CAD settles back to 70 cents

Hi Doooodiligence! :) and welcome. Yes, the SP is down a bit but I think once they've gotten Photon and Atotech fully integrated into their systems, they are really going to take off. It's been a pretty impressive growth cycle since last year and I'm looking for to more of it.

Weird.....I was just reading the latest posts on PHO board and it suddenly went to the SH ome page and now the board is gone..... Yes, I also expect the cash to settle into accounts tonight. Today would have been a great day to deploy some of it as nearly everything was selling off

Well, it's been on a bit of a downward dip since late last week so maybe it will continue for a few more days...

Hi Rose &  Doooodiligence  Positioned in both registered accounts today hours apart.Trading decisions need to be more nimble with  6 to 10,000  avg. daily trades and swings more than Photon ever was . Never dealt with Nasdaq before but I'll always have to keep FX in mind (thanks Doooodiligence) Looking forward to a good future with MKSI glta

Hi parkview. Yes, it seems like a very solid investment that I'm not going to worry about. Looking at the year-to-date chart, it's been a pretty significant upswing based on dollars, not cents. You can't argue with that. And like I said, once they integrate Photon and Atotech into their system, it's really going to make a difference imo. Something tells me this bullboard is just
