The 700 acre, former coffee plantation sitethat sits next to a national park has much to offer and the project plans tohave a host of exciting adventure activities for guests to enjoy. The resortwill have 200 hotel rooms, some near the peak of the mountains with stunningviews, some as tree houses, some on the edge of the beautiful river thatmeanders through the site and some nestled into the natural landscape.
The main adventure activities will be downhill and cross country mountainbiking with 3,000ft of vertical, a dedicated solar powered chairlift for theuphill return. Select Contracts have already completed thefirst phase of the project, which was the market study, masterplan,business plan and development strategy.
