I think the very corrupt FDA is to blame for holding Medmira back.
Medmira had experience at getting tests approved in the past, so they knew what had to be done, but this time they were kicked to the side to get the big Pharma's companies that were paying the big doe to make their choices for them. They didn't want t a company that had accurate test kits available.

The Health industry is in shambles now - not much trust out there any more. How much did Pfizer pay the FDA to give them the quick emergency use authorization ? 
Look it up....
