The only time MIR will be positioned for large scale growth is when they can demonstrate they have the foot print and confirmed sales contracts in their hands and the ability to out match their competitors. They have not demonstrated this todate while missing numerous opportunites over the past number of years. Don't see any evidence MIR isUniquely Poisitioned any WHERE
