SELLING ASSETS TO STAY AFLOAT - False, Part of cost cutting plan

TERMINATING EMPLOYEES - Again, a positive - cost cutting

INDEPENDANT BOARD OF DIRECTORS - Not true either, there are some indy's but not all. Again a good thing
