The little guys can't trade now for the first 5 or 10 minutes. Your order is not acknowledged until the banks do what they want first. Ridiculous! Scotia Itrade, the  fxuckers are at this now for the past 6 months. You cannot change or cancel until they see fit. It's now out of your hands.
