MNP
Once the deal officially closes, I can see MNP being, at a minimum, in the US $.15-.20 range, which would be around the pricing of the first two tranches.
However, here we are, just days before the 19th, and US/Canadian price is still in the 10 cent area.
Certainly the overall energy sector has something to do with it. However, I also think that given the history of delays, there's people who still want to see the deal ACTUALLY close, and for MNP to get the money in their hands, ...at least the first tranche anyway.
So I'm awaiting the 19th (or perhaps a few days after) for the official announcement, with excitement and optimism, ...but still a 'cautious optimism', if you know what I mean.
