RE:Looks like Vagobel is borrowing the money

RE:Looks like Vagobel is borrowing the money
From the PR, "..Vagobel requires further time to finalize its financing facility."

Hmm. Are they really referring to a separate financing facility that Vagobel is trying to secure for themselves? Or are they referring to the 'financing facility' that Vagobel will be providing to MNP? I think it makes a big difference, as one implies that Vagobel has the money, and it's just a matter of the transfer, and the other implies that Vagobel still needs to go and get the money themselves.

Also, if this latest delay is due to " slow business practice during the holiday season", why would it need to be delayed an additional 2 months? Was that just to give them an extra long cushion, so they wouldn't miss yet another 'deadline'?

Hopefully they were referring to the financing that Vagobel will be providing to MNP, implying that they do in fact have the money, and things will be finalized, at least for the first tranche, well before Feb. 19th.

I remain optimistic, ...but still 'cautiously optimistic'. The stock actually seems to be holding up quite well today, relatively speaking ..so fingers crossed that the deal will go through before long.
