MM-402, also referred to as R(-)-MDMA, is the Company's form of the R-enantiomer of 3,4-methylenedioxymethampheta (MDMA), which the Company is developing for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Here is the 2010 Sandstorm PR. Depends how "Black Fox Mine" and "Black Fox Extension" were defined in lending agreeement:

"Sandstorm has agreed to purchase 12% of the gold production from
the Black Fox Mine beginning in January 2011 and 10% of future production from the Black Fox Extension covering a portion of the adjoining Pike River property (the “Gold Stream”)."
