This is most likely a good decision.
Look how quickly they pushed the stock up to $ 0.39.
I bet there are not that many SOW shareholders left after the consolidation.
56,481,746 SOW Shares outstanding, 1,600,000,000 AGRA Shares outstanding.
My Opinion:
I think it will be very difficult to push AGRA up to 20 – 30 Cent. Just to many
shares in the play. I am still a AGRA shareholder and will get lots of bonus shares.
It’s tough for me what to decide to do about the AGRA shares.
As usual just my opinion.
