my opinion pure speculation :

agra and sow was a houewling setup since day 1

psc 40 30 30.

1. sow part was to build the 2.0 asset
2.agra retrofit deltat and build weed medical distribution

i think sow (underground)y may get well paid for the service and we will see in the futur a investement (private placement from no-where 20-30-40 millions) for psychedlic stuff.
